We get these solicitations almost daily.  I am sure most attorneys do as well.  I want to point out the line highlighted in yellow.

Please be aware that when buying leads or signed cases, “well-coached” calls are NOT what you want.

In this case, this broker is trying to sell mass tort leads to us.  I am sure this went out to hundreds of other agencies and even directly to law firms.

How do you know where your leads are coming from?

If you buy from Broker “A” did you ask if they are buying from another source or if they generated the leads themselves?

Most of the ads you see on Facebook or Instagram selling PI/MVA leads or signed cases are more likely than not buying from other sources and do not control the quality of the lead.

This broker/agent/reseller/affiliate is most likely selling “Fake” Leads.
